The Lutz Group has set up an AutoStore® small parts warehouse at its headquarters in Gersthofen to improve its delivery performance. The warehouse was designed by HÖRMANN Intralogistics and offers space for 36,500 containers. It has a connection to external conveyor technology and a remote workstation for textile finishing. 18 robots manage warehouse operations and the system is controlled via the HiLIS AS software, which also integrates the manual warehouses.
