FTS for small parts
HÖRMANN Intralogistics offers intelligent solutions for efficiently connecting workstations and automating transport processes with its automated guided vehicles for small parts. The compact and precise vehicles transport smaller load carriers reliably and flexibly between storage, picking and production areas. Thanks to the modular design and simple integration into existing systems, the solution can be individually adapted to your requirements.
FTS for large goods
Driverless transport systems also enable the safe and efficient transportation of heavy loads and bulky materials. All systems can be easily integrated into existing intralogistics systems. With autonomous navigation systems, the vehicles move flexibly and without errors, optimizing processes and reducing costs in the long term.
Pallet AGVs
Pallet AGVs ensure a smooth material flow, reduce manual handling efforts and thus increase productivity. Compared to forklift transport, they score points for precise navigation, increased safety and continuous availability - ideal for 24/7 operation.
Reel AGVs

Moving racks
The moving racks system follows the goods-to-person principle and replaces or supplements traditional picking areas by transporting modular racks efficiently and sequentially from the storage locations to the picking workstations. The racks are transported by mobile transport robots from SAFELOG. HÖRMANN Intralogistics Moving Racks can be used independently or in combination with AutoStore® or other storage systems.
Pick-by-Robot
Pick-by-Robot is an intelligent, AI-supported picking solution that automates the entire picking process. This solution is particularly suitable for picking stations with high throughput and a large variety of items, perfect for 24/7 operation. A flexible, fast and precise robot arm takes over the picking activities and adapts to a wide range of requirements thanks to various gripping tools. Thanks to communication via our HiLIS warehouse management system, the system can be easily integrated into existing intralogistics processes. Pick-by-Robot can be implemented independently or in combination with other storage and picking systems such as AutoStore® or AGVs.
Bin-in-Bin and Bin-out-Bin
KLT Picking
HÖRMANN Intralogistics is setting new standards in automation with its Bin-in-Bin and Bin-out-Bin KLT Picking solution. For the first time, complete KLTs can be stored and retrieved directly in AutoStore containers. The entire process is precisely controlled through the use of advanced image processing technology. For fully automated picking, the bin-in-bin and bin-out-bin KLT picking solution can be combined with an AGV for goods transportation. The overall system is flexibly adaptable and can be seamlessly integrated into existing processes.
