Announcing official company name change

Dear business partners,

We would like to inform you about the official change of name of Hörmann Logistik GmbH and our subsidiaries.

• Since December 8, 2023, Hörmann Logistik GmbH in Munich, DE has been operating under the name HÖRMANN Intralogistics Solutions GmbH.
• Our former sister company Hörmann Logistik Systeme Ges.m.b.H. in Graz, AT will now operate under the name HÖRMANN Intralogistics Solutions Ges.m.b.H.. It is now also a subsidiary of HÖRMANN Intralogistics Solutions GmbH (Munich).
• HÖRMANN Logistik Polska SP.Z.O.O. in Gdansk, PL operates under the name HÖRMANN Intralogistics Solutions Sp.Z.O.O. and is also a subsidiary of HÖRMANN Intralogistics Solutions GmbH (Munich).

The shorter brand name HÖRMANN Intralogistics (without Solutions and GmbH) will continue to be used in external presentation and language usage.

This step is a logical next step of our rebranding in 2022 and represents the final legal process. Furthermore, the completed name change underlines our internationalization and branding as an intralogistics general contractor.

All existing obligations and contracts will continue unchanged.
Your personal contacts will be there for you as usual. All company data such as addresses, bank details, commercial register number, tax number and institution identifiers will remain unchanged except for the company name.

You can find our web address at www.hoermann-intralogistics.com since the beginning of 2023. We will also be moving the email address domains soon. We will communicate this separately.
